Some opinions: "Stefano D'Anna is a saxophonist I have
been watching carefully since first hearing him; he's a soulful tenor player,
sinewy, linear, full of ideas" John Corbett - Down Beat
"Stefano D’Anna is a charming
stylist" Brian Morton - JazzReview
"Stefano D’Anna is remindful of Brecker and Garbarek..."
"...his playing is well-crafted and careful" Chris Kelsey -
Cadence
"there's an evenness to his line
which gives his solos an irresistible flow; and a steely clarity to his tone
that doesn't detract from his lyricism. A stunning recital all
round." Brian Morton & Richard Cook - "The Penguin Guide to Jazz"
