CAM Jazz Presents

Born in 1990 and by now considered one of the most amazing pianists in circulation; this can't be an easy burden to carry, but when hearing "Life Variations", it seems this responsibility doesn't weigh much on Enrico Zanisi. Rather the contrary.
A very impressive work for its maturity, ideas, composition and conception of the trio format.
For his first work published on CAM Jazz, Zanisi summons two more members of the Nineties: drummer Alessandro Paternesi and bassist Joe Rehmer, two musicians who are spoken about continuously in Italy, so it's not coincidental that the most successful stars on the peninsula search them out for their projects.
In this "Life Variations" album, Zanisi brings out a musical vision of great personality; he knows the language of tradition and does not disregard moods arriving from northern Europe.
In 2007, Zanisi left everyone amazed by his performance at the prestigious Massimo Urbani Awards, and five years later his growth process continues to impress and characterize his work.
And CAM Jazz once again was intelligent and farsighted to meet this challenge, because you can be sure that within just a few years Enrico Zanisi will become one of the greatest pianist on the international jazz scene.
