Was born in Turin in 1963, he approaches jazz because "infected!" by his father's passion and begins studying guitar as self-taught person at the age of 10. In the early 80s begins the concert activity performing in clubs of Turin both with contemporary musicians such as Giuliano Pescaglini, Roberto Regis, Antonio Abete, and with members of "Old Guard" such as Gianpaolo Belgrano, Silvio Rossignoli and Gianni Torello.

In 1989 was called by Renato Germonio to become part of DIXIETODAY of which becomes artistic director later on. Since 1990 forms part of EASY BIG BAND of Giancarlo Capolongo, where today he holds also the role of arranger. In 1992 attends the Seines Seminars of jazz music studying with Tomaso Lama.

In 1992 becomes part of Lil Darling Hot Club where today plays also the role of arranger. In 1993 is placed third at International competition for jazz guitar players "EDDIE LANG". In 1994 and 1995 studies with Joe Diorio and Jerry Bergonzi. Since 1996 is part of permanent orchestra "CITTA' DI CHERASCO". After a long search devoted to form the staff, in 1996 founds the quintet Djangology which has as peculiarity the presence of solely string instruments who draw inspiration from music of Django Reinardt. It's a typical group of Hot Club de France, made up by violin, three guitars and bass. During the years he performed in Italy, France, Germany and Japan playing with wellknown musicians such as Massimo Manzi, Lello Molinari, Felice Reggio, Carlo Sola, Franco Cerri, Romano Mussolini, Dick Mazzanti, Gianni Negro, Larry Nocella, Fabrizio Bosso, Giorgio Rosciglione, Marco Pellacani, Emanuele Cisi, Giorgio Li Calzi, Maurizio Carugno, Tal Farlow, Tanaka Takehisa.

Stylistically is brought back to tradition of guitar with particular influence of Django Reinhardt, Eddie Lang and Bucky Pizzarelli.
